How to Live to 103 and Party for Good?
  1. Do something meaningful that is good for you and the community every day.
  2. Spend quality time with loved ones; family, friends, pets, and grandkids too.
  3. Learn something new, that you love to share and teach others.
  4. Write in a journal everyday.
  5. Take some 'You' time.
  6. Be productive, spend less time online or watching TV.
  7. Exercise...go for a walk even for just 10 minutes everyday.
  8. Eat food you love, that is good for you too.
  9. Laugh, cry, and get mad...honor your feelings (don't dump your feelings on others, or online). Call a friend, write a letter to yourself, or scream at the world (at the beach).
  10. Drink plenty of water, sleep 8 hours a night, take naps, meditate everyday...and take your supplements/vitamins.

If you have more time than most...travel as often as possible to see the world for GOOD!
